First, encourage them to contact Peanut Labs through our Reward Center. Tell them to click on “Transactions” in the top right corner of the Reward Center, then to select the survey or offer that has caused them problems. From there, they can submit a support ticket to our team.
If the user claims they have already created a support ticket, please collect the user’s ID, email, and any information they have provided about the problematic survey/offer. Forward this to firstname.lastname@example.org and cc email@example.com to ensure a quick response.
